Olivia Ramos is a published architect with an eye for environmentally forward designs and cost progressive solutions at a diverse set of scales from master planning to small residential sites. Her work has been published by Columbia University, ZAP Magazine, and The Economist. Formerly, Olivia raised foreign capital through the EB5 program as the Director of Gold Coast Florida Regional Center in Coral Gables where she also oversaw the design and marketing. More recently, Olivia was project manager and creative leader of Paracas Group, a luxury catamaran design company. She has contributed to projects under name architects such as Laurinda Spear, Chad Oppenheim, and Kate Orff, as well as consulted for projects by The Art of Cultural Evolution, Urban Artisitik, Andre Aisner Design, and Brevards.
Ms. Ramos studied design at the University of Florida, received a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and later a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami.
David Coggins, one of the top lenders nationwide, possesses a prolific business background. In his most recent business venture, Mr. Coggins has overseen the funding of commercial and residential real estate transactions in excess of a billion dollars, including key high-rise condominium projects in the New York and South Florida areas. He has also helped source the funding for the construction and early development stages of several high-profile projects. Previously, Mr. Coggins served as a Broker at Prudential Securities in New York, where he managed assets for both international and domestic clients. He quickly proved himself one of the top associates in the firm.
Mr. Coggins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business, one of the top business schools in the Northeastern United States.
Mr. Siebken received a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and graduated from the University of Miami’s Masters of Real Estate Development Program where he received “the Most Outstanding Student Award.” Mr. Siebken spent his first years working at the Bank of New York corporate office on Wall Street, in the Risk Management Division, where he analyzed various securitized credit products.
Over the next several years, Mr. Siebken worked for a CMBS lender as an origination manager, overseeing the closing of over $400 million of commercial real estate loans. Most recently, after completing his master’s degree at UM, Mr. Siebken has been analyzing distressed commercial real estate loans and developing various workout strategies; this experience ranges from pricing distressed loans, foreclosure to completing failed hospitality, retail, office, and residential developments.
